I took a tour to this factory this past February a bought a couple of items. It's very fascinating/interesting and I think they can help you. It's located on Hong Kong Island in the Aberdeen area. It's sort of like the industrial area there. You can take a tour which includes a few other sights ie. Victoria Peak etc... Good Luck and enjoy your trip.

HK's jewellery shows are a good place to find stone cutters. There are 3-4 shows a year and 2 organizers. Have you thought of going to Thailand for stone cutting? A jewelry designer friend prefers her stones cut in Thailand, they're cheaper.
